Working in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University, Vue have designed and delivered a Leadership & Management Programme for Middle/Senior Managers at the university to support organisational change in line with the university’s Leadership Excellence Model.
Delivered over a three month period, the programme addressed key leadership topics and each delegate received on-going one-to-one coaching and
leadership profiling – implementing the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile to support development.
Comments from Senior Managers who Attended the Programme in 2011:
‘Having attended many management and leadership training sessions and courses over the year, I consider Vue to be one of the most professional, relevant and engaging courses. The course was a voyage of self discovery that was thought provoking and enlightening. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to middle/senior managers’
‘A thoroughly valuable and enjoyable programme – lots of pragmatic learning that can be used in the workplace. Some valuable networks made’
‘A most worthwhile course, which I would recommend to anyone. The interactive format of the course far exceeded the enjoyment level and positive outcomes of any other course I have attended (and there have been a few!!)’
‘A really well structured and presented course from which I have learned a lot. Well paced, focused on team building as well as personal development. My thoughts are strong and many colleagues are waiting for the course to run again to attend and I am really happy to recommend the course and admit that I have put so many aspects of it into play in my department and can see the results already. I conduct far better meeting both to my team and on a 1:1 basis’
‘Good balance of theoretical and practical components - Great expertise and professionalism of the training staff - Allowed the creation of a wonderful atmosphere between members - I really enjoyed every moment of it and it felt like I was being rewarded with care and attention’
