Description
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences and is widely used as an organisational tool for self-understanding and development; organisation development; team building and management and leadership training. This one day workshop is interactive with a number of short experiential exercises to illustrate the concepts of preference and type. The relevance of the MBTI in the workplace is studied so that the workshop will continue to add value after the event.
