The Leading and Motivating Teams course is highly practical and will build confidence and skills essential for first time managers with some experience. Combining a range of skills, this course will provide you with the key principles of managerial excellence for managing teams. The course has been designed to allow for e-learning modules and ‘distance learning’ between the workshops to embed learning.Who is this recommended for?
