The Continued Professional Development and Presentations course is highly practical and will build confidence and skills essential for first time managers with some experience. Combining a range of skills, this course will consolidate the key principles of managerial excellence covered in the previous courses, for you to focus on your long-term development. The course has been designed to allow for e-learning modules and ‘distance learning’ between the workshops to embed learning.Who is this recommended for?

This is the final week of the five week Leadership and Management Programme.
This course will cover:

Continued professional development

Preparing a personal action plan to support your role

Identifying how you can support your team in their development

Candidate Presentations (topics given at the beginning of the programme)

Inclusive of MBTI profile report; course materials – including e-learning; on-going support throughout the programme.
