Description
The Continued Professional Development and Presentations course is highly practical and will build confidence and skills essential for first time managers with some experience. Combining a range of skills, this course will consolidate the key principles of managerial excellence covered in the previous courses, for you to focus on your long-term development. The course has been designed to allow for e-learning modules and ‘distance learning’ between the workshops to embed learning.
Who is this recommended for?
Those new to management or managers with no formal training; team leaders or supervisors seeking additional support with their continued professional development and presentation skills.

Candidate Presentations (topics given at the beginning of the programme)
