What is the difference between Management and Leadership? What are the key qualities a good manager needs to inspire and lead others? This two day programme will address the key areas needed by an effective manager. It is also designed to build confidence for managers and provide creative ideas to put into practise immediately in the workplace.
Who is this recommended for?
Those new to management or managers with no formal training; team leaders or supervisors wishing to improve their skills and develop new skills and innovative techniques.
