The Appraisals and Performance Management course is highly practical and will build confidence and skills essential for first time managers with some experience. Combining a range of skills, this course will provide you with the key principles of managerial excellence for managing appraisals and performance effectively and efficiently. The course has been designed to allow for e-learning modules and ‘distance learning’ between the workshops to embed learning.

Those new to management or managers with no formal training; team leaders or supervisors seeking additional confidence with their performance management and appraisals processes.

Course content

Handling difficult situations with individuals and giving constructive feedback
