Description
The aim of an Appraisal is to review progress, identify skills gaps and set objectives. This course looks at performance management in a wider sense - as an integrated system to drive performance. It will help managers gain a consistent approach to objective setting, as well as a process to be able to identify employee training needs and how to implement these.
