Coaching & Mentoring  

Coaching is proven to embed training and build confidence.  Offering one-to-one and group Coaching at all organisational levels, our experienced Coaches work with you in a secure and confidential environment.  Two main types of Coaching are available -

Performance Coaching

Performance Coaching is offered alongside our training, designed to achieve embedded learing and maximise transfer to the workplace.  The sessions focus on increased effectiveness and visible results through sustainable learning, with a set of tangible action plans and performance goals which are aligned to the organisational requirement.

Executive Coaching

As a collaborative partner, we challenge and support delegates through periods of growth, change or transition.  The coaching partnership is focused on current challenges, meeting objectives, increasing performance and a reflective space to allow development.

All Coaching programmes, group or individual, are tailored to client needs and developed following consultation for the benefit of the particpant(s) and the organisation.

Recruitment Projects

We can tailor make the project to cover not only the advertisement of the position(s) and sifting of applications, but also work with you to develop the job description(s) and person specification(s) through to testing the candidates and providing support with the interview process.   

The selection process can incorporate an 'Assessment Centre' - experience candidates' skills and behaviours in 'real life' settings.
